What should I upload?
A sharp, well-lit photo, a drawing or a sketch, with the subject filling the frame. A phone photo is plenty. Very fine lines, tiny text and neon colours do not come out well.
Can I start from words instead of a photo?
Yes. Choose the Words tab, type up to 40 characters on up to three lines, and they are set large in a serif across the chest. No photo needed.
What does the image look like on the hoodie?
On the hoodie your image is set on the chest as a graphic, so a picture may come back closer to a drawing. Check the preview before you approve it.
Which colours can I pick?
Black, bone or one of fifteen more, from white and sand to navy, olive and light pink: pick the garment colour in the studio before you create the design. On black and the other dark colours a white base goes under the image first; on bone and the light ones the ink goes straight into the cotton.
When do I choose my size?
After the design is drawn, on its product page: the tee runs XS to XXL, the crewneck and the hoodie XS to 3XL, each size priced live.
Does creating a preview place an order?
No. A preview is free and places no order. Payment happens only if you check out, and each piece is made to order, so it is not returnable.
